CBD, How does it help?

Cannabidoil or more popularly known as CBD is a non-psychoactive chemical in cannabis. CBD hits two receptors in the brain the CB1 and CB2. This is why CBD can help with so many ailments while not getting the user “high”. Some issues that CBD helps with are pain, inflammation, anxiety, stress, muscle spasms, and bone growth just to name a few! Cannabis and THC are still considered schedule I narcotics. CBD as long as it comes from the hemp plant, not the cannabis plant commonly thought of, is considered legal in all 50 states (unless stated otherwise).

There are serval ways so consume CBD. There are strain specific CBD vape pens, topical creams, edibles, capsules, and even wax! The vape pens are used for more immediate symptoms. Tinctures, edibles, and capsules should be used on a daily basis to maintain a healthy life. This will also help the user maintain a healthy level of cannabidoil. Topicals should be applied directly to the affected area. The effects can be felt rather quickly, 10-20 minutes. Waxes and shatters should only be used by those who need a high concentrated dose. This will allow the user to maintain higher levels of cannabidiol. Using products in these ways will allow the products to be most effective.
